We may share information among affiliates, vendors and companies providing services of interest to users of our website, but it is always protected under the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Natural Baby Pros site contains links to other sites. Once you enter another Web site, you should read the privacy policy at each web site that you visit through a link or advertisement on the Natural Baby Pros web site.

Privacy Policy Changes

As our Privacy Policy changes in significant ways, we will make every effort to notify you of the changes. Minor changes to the policy may occur that will not affect our use of individually identifiable information. For these instances, JAAW Inc., dba Natural Baby Pros, may not notify you of such minor changes. Information We Collect

In this section of our Privacy Policy, we discuss the different types of information we may collect about you, and the ways in which we collect it.

While you may use some of the functionality of Natural Baby Pros without registration, some use of services on our website require registration. If you use our Web site without registering, the only information we collect will be Non-Personal Information through the use of Cookies or Web Beacons. If you choose to register with our website for access to certain services, we require you to submit Personally Identifiable Information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personally Identifiable Information.

Our web beacons are not used to track your actthose of our sponsors'. We do not use webidentifiable information without your permission.

Information We Collect When You Register (Personally Identifying Information)

We collect Personally Identifiable Information, like your name, email address, date of birth, and zip code, you provide to us when you register as a member of NATURAL BABY PROS and/or when you update your member profile. We use the Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to respond to your questions, provide you the specific services you select, send you emails about Web site maintenance and updates, and inform you of significant changes to this Privacy Policy.

On our registration screens, we clearly label which information is required for registration, and which information is optional and may be given at your discretion. You will also be given a choice about whether or not you want to receive newsletters and other informpersonally icollecting it.

Other Information

  • Tools: On some of our Web site, we may offer tools that require you to provide information for the tools to operate. Our tools may provide you with the option of storing the information that you provide on our servers. Emails You Send to Natural Baby Pros

This Privacy Policy does not apply to content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to NATURAL BABY PROS by email. If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to NATURAL BABY PROS. We try to answer every email within 48 business hours, but are not always able to do so.

Message Boards and other Public Forums

As a service to our users, NATURAL BABY PROS features message boards, chat rooms and other public forums where users with similar interests can share information and support one another or where users can post questions for experts to answer. We may also offer online discussions moderated by medical or healthcare experts. Any information shared (including Personally Identifiable and Personal Health Information) that you reveal in a chat room, message board, Ask Our Expert posting or online discussion is by design open to the public and is not a private, secure service. You should think carefully before disclosing any Personally Identifiable or Personal Health Information in any public forum. What you have written may be seen, disclosed to or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we are unable to control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes. As with any public forum on any site, this information may also appear in third-party search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.

We use other third parties [like Blogger from Google] to manage the Natural Baby Pros blog(s) on our site. When you create a Google Account for Blogger, Google will share the information you have posted as necessary for us and the third party to provide continued service and to allow you to post your blogs on both the Google blog site and the Natural Baby Pros site. Google will share ownership of your information as necessary to continue to implement the blogs on our site and as described in their privacy policy. NATURAL BABY PROS will use your information as described in this privacy policy.

Uses We Make of Information

In this section of our Privacy Policy, we identify the ways we may use information about you that we have collected.

Aggregate Data

We create aggregate data about visitors to our Web site for product development and improvement activities. We also use it for market analysis. We may provide information from our Web site in aggregate form, with identifying information removed, to third parties. We have implemented technology and security policies, rules and other measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction, and accidental loss. Storage of Information

Personally identifiable information you share with us is stored on our database servers at our data centers or hosted by third parties who have entered into agreements with us that require them to observe our Privacy Policy. We have a firewall to prevent unauthorized access. Data centers are physically secure and protected from unauthorized access by unauthorized persons. Physical access to the servers requires individual authorization and authentication. Information in our data centers is backed up routinely, in order to aid in the recovery of information in the event of accidental damage of information or due to a natural disaster. The backup media are stored in a physically secure storage facility.

In this section of our Privacy Policy, we tell you how to obtain and correct information we have about you, and how to choose what types of information you may share with us.

Correction of Information We Have About You

If you believe that registration information collected by our Web site is in error, you may edit your personal profile any time that you like. You can directly edit your user profile on our Web site. Requests for deletion of your record may result in your removal from the registry, but we may keep certain demographic information about you for product improvement purposes. You may contact Web Customer Support and ask for the changes that you would like to make.

Our Employees

Our employees are required to keep customer information private, as a condition of their employment with the company. All employees and contractors must abide by our Privacy Policy, and those who violate that policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of their employment and legal action.
