Refund Policy
Since Natural Baby Pros is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered/listed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
We DO honor requests for refund for the following reasons.
- non-delivery of the product: if Natural Baby Pros fails to display your completed Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement within one week after full submission and completion. Please note, since Natural Baby Pros has one week to publish each Upgraded Listing and Banner Advertisement, any unpublished Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement may not be canceled and no refund may be returned during the first week following the date the original order was submitted and completed in full;
- irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product editing: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Contact Us page for Support Team's approval;
- product not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis in agreement of both parties concerned. To prevent this situation every customer is suggested to check free examples of each type of the product offered before making the purchase. It is clearly easy to see examples of the Upgraded Listings in the Directory of this website, and to view Banner Ads throughout the site pages.
- duplicate orders: a refund may be issued if an order for an Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement is mistakenly duplicated and the customer, upon prompt discovery, seeks to cancel and obtain a refund for the fees associated only with such duplicated order(s). Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund on the original Upgraded Listing Profile or Banner Advertisement. Likewise, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund for any duplicate order(s) if the customer fails to cancel such duplicate order(s) within forty five (45) days from the date the orders were originally placed.
Except for those instances covered above, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund for any other reason, even if a customer wants to cancel an Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement immediately after placing an order.
Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund if:
- the customer changes their mind about purchasing an Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement;
- the customer is displeased with the content, features or enhancements associated with an Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement;
- the customer makes a mistake in submitting content for an Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement;
- the customer receives few or no inquiries or offers to purchase their goods or services after ordering an Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement;
- Natural Baby Pros makes mistakes with an Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement's content. In cases where such mistakes are made, Natural Baby Pros will, of course, make appropriate corrections to the Upgraded Listing or Banner Advertisement once such mistakes are brought to Natural Baby Pros' attention.

You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.

1.(A) Special Terms Regarding Upgraded Listing Services
(a) Purchasing an Upgraded Listing Profile on our website offers great value at favorable rates and wide exposure for your business. It also increases the chances of a consumer noticing your business listing. Natural Baby Pros, LLC therefore cannot generally offer refunds on fees arising from Upgraded Listing Profiles.
(b) Natural Baby Pros will provide a refund of Upgraded Listing fees only for the following reasons:
(i) If Natural Baby Pros fails to publish Your Upgraded Listing within 3 business daysNatural Baby Pros is allowed 3 business days following the date the Participant places the order for an Upgraded Listing Profile and such Upgraded Listing Profile is
(i) A refund may be issued if Natural Baby Pros, through no fault of Participant, fails to publish Participant's Upgraded Listing within 3 business days following the date Participant places the order for an Upgraded Listing Profile and such Upgraded Listing remains unpublished as of the date Participant sends a cancellation notice to Natural Baby Pros. (Note: Since Natural Baby Pros has 3 business days to publish each Upgraded Listing, Participant may not cancel any unpublished Upgraded Listing during the first 3 business days following the date Participant places the order for an Upgraded Listing Profile).
(ii) A refund may be issued if Participant mistakenly orders and pays for a duplicate Upgraded Listing Profile and, upon prompt discovery by Participant, seeks to cancel and obtain a refund for the fees associated only with such duplicated Upgraded Listing Profile(s). Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund on the original Upgraded Listing Profile. Likewise, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund for any duplicate Upgraded Listing Profiles if Participant fails to cancel such duplicate Upgraded Listing Profile(s) within forty five (45) days from the date Participant placed the order for such duplicative Upgraded Listing Profile(s).
(c) Except for those instances covered under subsections (b)(i) or (b)(ii) above, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund for any other reason, even if Participant wants to cancel an Upgraded Listing Profile immediately after placing an order. For example, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund if Participant (i) changes its mind about purchasing an Upgraded Listing Profile; (ii) is displeased with the content, features or enhancements associated with an Upgraded Listing Profile; (iii) makes a mistake in submitting content for an Upgraded Listing Profile; or (iv) receives few or no inquiries or offers to purchase Participant's goods or services after ordering an Upgraded Listing Profile. Likewise, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund if Natural Baby Pros made mistakes with an Upgraded Listing Profile's content. In cases where such mistakes are made, Natural Baby Pros will, of course, make appropriate corrections to the Upgraded Listing Profile once Participant brings such mistakes to Natural Baby Pros' attention.
(d) If Participant makes mistakes in submitting content for an Upgraded Listing Profile, Natural Baby Pros will assist Participant in making minor corrections to such Upgraded Listing Profile. No charge will be assessed for such minor corrections unless Participant wishes to order additional Services or, in Natural Baby Pros' reasonable judgment, such corrections amount to significant changes to Participant's current Upgraded Listing Profile(s), in which cases additional charges will be assessed at Natural Baby Pros' then-current rates. If Participant wishes to discontinue its Upgraded Listing Profile(s) and revert to a less expensive or alternate Service, Natural Baby Pros will reasonably accommodate such requests; provided, however, that Natural Baby Pros cannot refund or reallocate any fees attributable to any such Upgraded Listing Profiles.
(e) For purposes of this Subsection 1.(A), a "business day" means a full 24 hour calendar day, occurring Monday through Friday, but excludes federally observed holidays and/or holidays observed by the state of California.
(f) Participant agrees that all cancellation requests contemplated or otherwise called for under this Subsection 1.(A) must be submitted to and received by Natural Baby Pros through Participant's use of the Contact Us page available through the following link: http://www.naturalbabypros.com/contact/.
2.(A) Special Terms Regarding Banner Advertisement Services
(a) Purchasing a Banner Advertisement on our website offers great value at favorable rates and wide exposure for Participant's business as well as significant advantages that improve the chances of a consumer noticing Participant's business. Natural Baby Pros, LLC therefore cannot generally offer refunds on fees arising from Banner Advertisements.
(b) Natural Baby Pros will provide a refund of Banner Advertisement fees only for the following reasons:
(i) A refund may be issued if Natural Baby Pros, through no fault of Participant, fails to publish Participant's Banner Advertisement within 3 business days following the date Participant places the order for a Banner Advertisement and such Banner Advertisement remains unpublished as of the date Participant sends a cancellation notice to Natural Baby Pros. (Note: Since Natural Baby Pros has 3 business days to publish each Banner Advertisement, Participant may not cancel any unpublished Banner Advertisement during the first 3 business days following the date Participant places the order for a Banner Advertisement).
(ii) A refund may be issued if Participant mistakenly orders and pays for a duplicate Banner Advertisement of the same placement and size and, upon prompt discovery by Participant, seeks to cancel and obtain a refund for the fees associated only with such duplicated Banner Advertisement(s). Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund on the original Banner Advertisement. Likewise, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund for any duplicate Banner Advertisement if Participant fails to cancel such duplicate Upgraded Listing Profile(s) within forty five (45) days from the date Participant placed the order for such duplicative Banner Advertisement(s).
(c) Except for those instances covered under subsections (b)(i) or (b)(ii) above, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund for any other reason, even if Participant wants to cancel a Banner Advertisement immediately after placing an order. For example, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund if Participant (i) changes its mind about purchasing a Banner Advertisement; (ii) is displeased with the content, features or enhancements associated with a Banner Advertisement; (iii) makes a mistake in submitting content for a Banner Advertisement; or (iv) receives few or no inquiries or offers to purchase Participant's goods or services after ordering a Banner Advertisement. Likewise, Natural Baby Pros cannot provide a refund if Natural Baby Pros made mistakes with a Banner Advertisement's content. In cases where such mistakes are made, Natural Baby Pros will, of course, make appropriate corrections to the Banner Advertisement once Participant brings such mistakes to Natural Baby Pros' attention.
(d) If Participant makes mistakes in submitting content for a Banner Advertisement, Natural Baby Pros will assist Participant in making minor corrections to such Banner Advertisement. No charge will be assessed for such minor corrections unless Participant wishes to order additional Services or, in Natural Baby Pros' reasonable judgment, such corrections amount to significant changes to Participant's current Banner Advertisement(s), in which cases additional charges will be assessed at Natural Baby Pros' then-current rates.
