Slogan: Removing obstacles that keep people from optimal health.

Dr. Mamerto A. Estepa Jr., or "Dr. Mo", brings a joy and passion about living that infects anyone he meets. He grew up in Oxnard, California and attended UC Berkeley, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. He then managed municipal construction projects for the next 8 years.

During that time, he became a chiropractic patient. Unusual back pain after training Brazilian jiu-jitsu prompted him to initially seek mainstream medical care. Painkilling shots were recommended for treatment. However, knowing that shots would only mask the pain, not correct its cause, he decided to try chiropractic.

Chiropractic succeeded in relieving his back pain. As he continued receiving chiropractic adjustments, he noticed improvements in his physical training and overall health. He realized that chiropractic helps people get better and keeps them at their best. Inspired to share chiropractic with others and to serve his community differently, he decided to become a chiropractor.

He attended Cleveland Chiropractic college Los Angeles, where he served as a lead intern at the Venice Family Clinic (the busiest free clinic in the US), and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Mo is committed to expanding his clinical skill. He is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA) in the Webster Technique.

Dr. Mo practices at Rancho Bernardo Chiropractic and Wellness and looks forward to helping as many families achieve their health goals, become healthy, and live well through chiropractic.

Community involvement is an important aspect of Dr. Mo's life. He is a member of the Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary Club, participates in the Rancho Bernardo Toastmasters Club and he regularly mentors students at the Boys & Girls Club of 4S Ranch.

Dr. Mo lives in Rancho Bernardo with his wife. He enjoys being active, exercising at the gym, riding horses, practices martial arts, and playing with his nieces and nephew.
