Hi Rachael,

Exercise is very good for your fertility and general health and wellbeing. Raising your heart rate in this manner will boost your circulation and provide more blood and oxigen to your reproductive system. During preconception care its importnat to choose a type of exercise which will give you the benefits but not exhaust your energy reserves. Therefore exercise in moderation but aim for at leat 3 days a week and for 60-90 min sessions at a time depending on your fitness level. A personal trainer at the gym can help you adjust your exercise routine to your fitness level. Enjoy exercising! Smile

Hi! I'm TTC and joining a new gym that gives you a heart rate monitor & displays ur data as u work out. I'm in good health. Will raising my heart rate affect fertility?
